Trevor joined Derrick Kershaw Partnership in 2009 having worked at a number of private practices as well as the Yorkshire Regional Health Authority.
Trevor's specialist skills include:
- Advisor to NHS Trusts for works procured under the Private Finance Initiative (PFI) and P21
- Preparation of Business Cases for traditional, PFI and Procure 21 schemes
- Ascertainment of Contractor’s claims for loss and/or expense arising on contracts
- Project management
Trevor is a member of RICS and a fully qualified Prince2 Practitioner.
