What is CDM?

- Improve planning and management of construction projects from the start;

- Discourage unnecessary bureaucracy.
Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2007 (CDM2007), which came into force on 6 April 2007, you are accountable for the impact your approach has on the health and safety of those working on or affected by a project.
