Two 28 bed wards to open in six months from inception
Bradford Hospitals NHS Trust has appointed Derrick Kershaw Partnership to advise them as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators on this exciting building project.
FAST TRACK procurement and construction techniques are being adopted to ensure patients can be treated in newly constructed wards before the end of this year.
Project Manager, Richard Webster, comments:
“The key driver to the delivery of this £10 million project is the use of modular off-site fabricated buildings and simultaneously carrying out enabling works on the site”.
