Queen unveils plaque for Regional Agricultural Centre
Derrick Kershaw Partnership is acting as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators on the new sustainable building project.
The £5.1 million new Regional Agricultural Centre comprises offices, farm shop and cafe. It is intended as a year-round showcase for the best of the region's produce.
The Queen and Duke of Edinburgh were greeted by thousands of visitors to the 150th Great Yorkshire Show. Ian Saddington, Partner in Derrick Kershaw Partnership, had the honour of meeting Her Majesty, the Queen, when she unvailed a commemorative plaque for the development.
The Centre will be completed early in 2009.
