Market Street Arcade to get new facelift!
Market Street Arcade is situated in the heart of the Leeds Shopping District fronting onto fashionable Briggate. Run down and covered with graffiti, Market Street Arcade is finally due to get its long overdue restoration. Derrick Kershaw Partnership are acting as Quantity Surveyors on the project which will provide prime shopping space on three levels with a feature glazed atrium.
The project is being procured under a two stage tender process and it is hoped work will start on site in July 2009 with completion in summer 2010.
