Beverley P21 Project awarded to DKP
Derrick Kershaw Partnership have recently been appointed as Cost Advisor for the East Riding of Yorkshire Primary Care Trust to assist with their new Community Hospital. Located on a green field site on the outskirts of Beverley the project uses the National Health Procure 21 method of contracting. The project is currently undergoing detailed design, market testing and agreement of the GMP. The development will comprise of both a modern outpatient facilities and a new 30 bed inpatient facility and will replace a number of outdated centres in and around the area.
