Project 
Derrick Kershaw Partnership is acting as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyor's and CDM Co-ordinators on the the new sustainable build constructed at at the Great Yorkshire Showground in Harrogate. The high quality office block with attached Farm Shop and 80-seater Café which will promote locally sourced food. Sustainable principles have been incorporated in the plan to ensure the building has the minimum impact on the environment.

Objective
To make the Great Yorkshire Showground the agricultural centre of excellence for Yorkshire and the Humber. The Regional Agriculture Centre will incorporate a two storey office block plus a farm shop and café. The buildings will be resource efficient and as environmentally friendly as possible, bringing together the best elements of green design.
