A Fast Track Project where two 28 bed wards were completed six months from inception. The project was delivered on time and on budget. The handover to the Trust was achieved on the 23rd of December as programmed.
Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust appointed Derrick Kershaw Partnership to advise them as Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors and CDM Co-ordinators on this exciting construction project.

Objectives
FAST TRACK procurement and construction techniques were adopted to ensure that patients could be treated in newly constructed wards before the end of 2008.
